My payment is not going through. What should I do?

If your payment is not successful, make sure that:
- Your credit card information is saved in your account's payment details. 
- You have entered the correct CVN/CVV.
- You have entered the correct card number and cardholder's full name and surname. 
- You have enough funds in the bank account associated with the credit card.
- You did not reach the transactional limit of your credit card.
- Your credit card allows online purchases.
- The billing address matches the address linked to the bank account.
- You have completed the security 2-step verification or the SMS verification. 

If you still cannot complete the purchase, you can try using an alternative credit card or reaching out to your bank for further information.
