What does Pairing Unsuccessful mean?

If your transmitter didn’t pair with your display device, and you are seeing a Pairing Unsuccessful alert, please follow these instructions:

  • Make sure the transmitter is snapped into a sensor and is flush with the sensor pod.
  • Use your meter. No alarm/alerts or Dexcom ONE readings will be available until fixed.
  • Make sure the transmitter SN in Settings matches the transmitter SN on the transmitter box.
  • App: For more information, tap Help.
